The publication “Ţara Moldovei în timpul domniei lui Ştefan cel Mare şi Sfânt: ţinuturi, oraşe, cetăţi, ctitorii, aşezări rurale atestate documentar” (Terra Moldaviae during the Rule of Stephen the Great and Holy: Counties, Towns, Fortresses, Foundations, and Rural Settlements Attested Documentary) in format 85x106 cm, flattened.

The map, as the main element of the publication, contains general information about the rural and urban settlements, territorial-administrative structures, buildings of defensive and ecclesiastical nature, place and year of the most important historical battles, and the name of natural regions. There are around 2250 rural and urban localities, including 580 localities in the Eastern part of the country, the territory between the Rivers of Prut and Nistru.

The illustrations inserted into the material reflect some aspects of military and church-funding activity of Stephen the Great, and some glimpses of his private life. The publication is unique by its scientific and educational approach, being elaborated to serve to different purpose of teachers, students, pupils etc.
